Kantha Originals began with a blanket — not just any blanket, but one stitched by hand with love, tradition, and quiet resilience. The first time I held a Kantha quilt, I felt a deep connection — to my roots in India, to the women who made it, and to the stories woven into every thread.
After decades of living abroad — raising children, working, and traveling — I felt called to give back to the place that shaped me. That one blanket sparked a mission: to support rural Indian artisans by bringing their work to a global audience.
